Curry Leaves Dish

On Monday 8.aug.22, dropped off some food for my friend and picked up some curry leaves from the curry leaves plant in my friend's garden. Then went to Desa Petaling coffee shop to buy food from the Long Fong Roast King stall .

5 pm - He stir fried two eggs with okra and curry leaves. I ate some of it. The curry leaves give this dish a nice taste.

11.44 am - triple roast meat rice MYR 13 from Long Fong Roast King stall. He ate this dish for both lunch and dinner. For dinner, he ate this rice with the egg, okra, curry leaves dish.

Tue 9.aug.22 6 pm - he ate this pork mihun soup MYR 8 as dinner the next day and kept one bowl for me. He added the okra to the mihun. This pork mihun includes napa cabbage which is a nice change from the usual pork mihun soup.

  3. Oh learnt a new dish from you! But would the curry leaves taste too strong and be fibrous to bite?

    1. We pluck tender curry leaves from the plant and not very matured leaves so they were not fibrous. For our case, the amount of curry leaves used was just two hands full so the taste is just right, not over powering.

    2. Noted, I must try this. My curry leaf plant is thriving and I barely touch it.
