On Monday 7.jul.2025, went to Pavilion Bukit Jalil for food from 10 am to 3 pm, parking fees MYR 6 nett. Bought a kid airism singlet 29.9 1144 from Uniqlo because the size suits me better.

12.33 noon - he wanted to try this Monday daily special bowl of signature ocean grouper fish head noodles soup MYR 13.90++ for about one month and today we specifically make sure it is a Monday so that we can try this Monday special dish. In this soup, there are 4 pieces of petola gourd, not commonly served in this type of fish soup so the soup tastes very good with the natural petola sweet taste. Nett price MYR 16.10 1259 which is a good price π π
12.50 noon -my portion with 2 pieces of petola and one small piece of fish. So much bones from the pieces of fish head. The mihun noodles are very soft which I like. I drank all the soup.

I am afraid of handling fish bones so I will not order fish head but I will order fish slices instead.

And then he ordered an extra item, hot red bean tong sui aka sweet soup because he said the promo price is MYR 6.90++ until 11 am.
Total: MYR 44.90 nett 1055, about MYR 8 more than the usual MYR 36.90 nett.
*** Sushi Zanmai ***
After the two meals above, my tummy was rumbling with digestive juices and I regurgitated the food once so I knew I had to eat more proteins before completing my meals so I searched for food in the mall until I decided on having slice beef rice π in sushi zanmai which did the job. No more rumbling tummy. No more regurgitation. The beef rice made the tummy stop making a fuss.

1.45 pm - after my menopause, I am very sensitive to taste and smell so even this bowl of beef rice smells a bit strong but luckily I managed to enjoy this beef rice and ate everything in the bowl. The slices of thin beef are tender and suitable for my weak teeth. π

Just now I saw a box 400g cherries being sold in food merchant supermarket for about MYR 37 a box with buy 1 box get 1 box free cherries. After attempting to select 2 boxes I noticed that the size of the cherries is M size and the cherries look smaller than the ones I bought so I abandoned the move to buy 2 boxes of 400g M sized cherries although the promotion is very attractive with the promo price of MYR 37 for 2x400g eq 800g M cherries
6 pm - ate 20 cherries π enjoying myself to the max because I love to eat π

10.22 am - I didn't eat much protein in the meal before this one so I went to eat one egg. Scoop a bit from 7 dishes MYR 8 nett:
12.37 noon - he bought takeaway siew yuk aka roast pork and siew Kai aka roast chicken MYR 11 nett. Used to be MYR 10 nett last year. Increased by MYR 1 nett. I didn't eat any of this roast meat because I was very full from the chapfan no rice 7 dishes.
