Bunny Tong Seui OUG

On Friday 6.march.2026, went out twice for food.

Morning: 

Went to 126 Kopitiam Sri Petaling but it was closed

Next wanted to go to Yitcha kaw kaw Sri Petaling but no parking space near it 

Parked near the store so wanted to go to Kedai kebun but the whole building was closed at 8.40 am so walked to Kedai Makan Makan.

Afternoon:

Went to a new shop called bunny tong seui at jln selera 1, Taman bukit indah. This shop used to be Belly and the Chef which I last visited in September 2023:

The receipt of bunny tong seui this branch says belly superfood sdn bhd which belly and the chef this location is also under previously.

3.30 pm - we shared a bowl of yellow wine chicken egg ginger misua soup MYR 23.90+ 

3.30 pm - the food is placed on a wooden tray.

3.24 pm - my cold mango 🥭 sago pomelo MYR 13.90+ the white piece of item inside the mango puree is a piece of coconut jelly. He says he detects milk in the mango puree tong sui so he just tried a little bit of it only.

He ordered hot mung beans aka green bean lotus seeds tangerine peel tong sui MYR 6.90+ which is in the smaller bowl next to my cold mango tong sui. This mung beans tong sui is a mixed of mung beans and paste.

Both items are not that sweet so we enjoyed them.

Total for 3 items: MYR 47.40 nett.

After finishing these 3 items, I ordered hot snow fungus, peach gum and pear tong sui MYR 15.90+ eq MYR 16.85 nett for us to share because this eatery only opens at 12 noon so we won't be visiting it often.

3.53 pm - not that sweet hot snow fungus, peach gum and pear tong sui. We will order it again.

3.40 pm - my portion of the noodles. Very yummy 😋 so I drank all the yellow wine soup.

3.57 pm - my portion of the pear, peach gum, snow fungus tong sui. 😋 

4.04 pm - it is an end lot shop

3.30 pm - we were the only occupied table there as it is after lunch hours. View to our left.

8.59 am - I walked past the ytf fridge when I went to wash my hands so I added this item MYR 17.90+:

9.05 am - I ordered curry chicken with toasts but it turned out to be steamed bread MYR 10.90+

I prefer the curry gravy to be less salty and the potatoes to be softer

Yellow Wine

On Friday 2.may.2025, we parked the car at Pudu ICC and walked to Pudu Plaza which is next to it to eat yellow wine soup noodles because he likes to eat food cooked with yellow wine.

11.09 am - signature curry chicken noodles soup MYR 17.90++ with bamboo noodles

Signature yellow wine soup offal MYR 20.90++ with mee sua

The curry soup is not spicy at all, more on the sweet side. I like the potatoes in the curry as they are soft and tasty. There are quite many pieces of chicken in the curry mee with long beans and bean curd puffs. No cockles by default.

The yellow wine soup is very tasty 😋 with fragrant yellow wine that is not too strong but strong enough. The slices of livers and kidneys are tender. Well worth the price.

11.19 am - my portion. I like the mee sua as they are soft and can be swallowed easily.

11.34 am - my portion. The bamboo noodles are a lot.

12 noon - yellow wine soup is so yummy 😋

12 noon - Lian Jie eatery is on the first floor of Pudu Plaza.

He bought takeaway mixed pork soup soy noodles and braised pork trotters from the stalls in Pudu ICC Food Court. He also bought two pieces of deep fried taro sweet potato nian gao at MYR 2.50 nett each.

1.32 pm - we each ate one piece. I must say this is the best taro sweet potato nian gao at this time because the pieces are thicker compared with the one I ate a few days ago. With this nian gao, my food intake for this day is completed.

Yellow Wine Chicken Mihun

On Wednesday 9.oct.2024, early morning 6.45 am went to pudu icc because he wanted to eat yellow wine chicken.

I slept at about 10 pm on Tuesday and woke up at 1.50 am Wednesday so could go to Pudu ICC early at 6.45 am and reached there at 7.05 am. There are certain parts of the way that there are slight morning work traffic congestion.

7.08 am - he wanted to eat this yellow wine chicken mihun soup MYR 18 nett and he requested for less mihun.

7.08 am - ah Weng Kor coffee which is thick and rich, Kaya butter toasts which he likes and 2 soft boiled eggs MYR 10.40 nett.

7.06 am - Ah Weng Koh Curry Noodles stall is next to this stall and there is a new stall Western Food next to it.

After our breakfast, he bought takeaway Bunn choon one egg tart and one pastry, steamed chicken and pepper stomach soup for his early dinner.
