11.34 am - ramen braised pork belly aka kakuni in bone broth and deep fried fish for two pax to share.

11.37 am - gyoza for me and he ate one only.

Total bill for two pax: MYR 100.35 including tax and service charge.

*** IHEAL Midvalley Mall ***

11 am - both of us went for dose 2 and when my friend asked me why, I replied the words whims and fancies come to mind. No scientific reasons because most people are waiting for the updated version that has been ordered and will be available soon.

11.04 am - chairs in orderly lines.

The date printed on the vial is 07/2022 and a search online found the date is officially given a 6 months extension.

4.02 pm - his salad - quarter avocado from Jaya Grocer and salad from salad Atelier. 

4.03 pm - livers in remaining bkt soup from paramount 86 coffee shop bought on Monday.

Ordered salad Atelier via Grabfood delivery because grabfood unlimited subscription for this month will end soon and will not be continued unless there is a need to do so.

MYR 14.90 after MYR 5 off. One supermarket is selling a pack for MYR 20.90 and individual avocado is about MYR 6.90 for one. Bought 3 packs and gave one pack to my friend.

Prime Cuts

On Tuesday 29.nov.2022, went to 126 Kopitiam coffee shop to buy chapfan lunch for the Elderlies and himself.

*** Wed 23.nov.2022 ***

3.32 pm - he chose this pack of pork shoulder loin steak because he wanted the meat to have some fats.

Bought this at the food merchant supermarket, pavilion Bukit Jalil for MYR 18.22 at MYR 55.90 per kg which is a higher price than frozen meat bones MYR 36 per kg and frozen ribs MYR 41.48 per kg from Shan Quan meat store in Taman Desa.

4.13 pm - he cooked both pieces of meat in the pan after marinating them with various spices including turmeric. This is one piece, he kept the cooked piece 2 in the fridge for the next day.

He ate this piece of meat for his dinner with raw cabbage and store bought kimchi. I didn't try his food so I don't know what the meat tastes like but he says the meat is tender and delicious. 😋

*** Tue 29.nov.2022 ***

11.29 am - he bought 3 packs of chapfan lunch MYR 20 total for the Elderlies and himself.

There are no photos of my OMAD because I am eating remaining food from previous days to clear them as nowadays I divide the food I bought into more than one portion and eat them over a few days.

Guppies

On Monday 28.nov.2022, went to buy guppies fish in PJ since it is a holiday.

12.49 noon - siew yuk, char siew, roast chicken and roast duck MYR 27 with two braised eggs at MYR 1.50 each so total is MYR 30 no rice. This roast meat stall is very popular with a long queue.

Also bought:

1. Ytf 2 brinjal, 2 bitter gourd, 2 okra and 2 deep fried sui Gao. Total MYR 15

2. 1 deep fried banana and 1 deep fried nian Gao at MYR 1.80 each.

3. 6 deep fried chempedak MYR 10 in total.

1.15 pm - Ho Po Choy Ban Cheong Fun rice roll. MYR 4.50 for one roll chives or leek.

He bought 8 guppies fish and 1 aquatic plant MYR 18 total.

Pistachio

On Sunday 27.nov.2022, went to Taman Desa as usual to buy chapfan lunch and for chapfan dinner, went to 126 Mixed Rice Sri Petaling.

5.20 pm - pistachios MYR 3.20 as snack. Do you like to eat pistachios?

12.28 noon - chapfan lunch no rice MYR 13 from Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop:

1. Two braised eggs

2. One steamed chicken drumstick

3. Napa cabbage

4. Pumpkin

5. Cauliflower celery

6. Stirfry eggs with bitter gourd

He bought a pack of chapfan no rice and 3jc soup mihun for the Elderlies.

5.10 pm - his chapfan no rice dinner of mantis prawns and some vege. 3 packs of chapfan MYR 19 for the Elderlies and himself. It was drizzling so there are not many people in 126 mixed rice eatery so he thinks they charged him lower than previously due to the rain.

FOC SR Cakes Ended

On Saturday 26.nov.2022, he cooked a dish and bought two dishes from Yan's Kitchen using Foodpanda delivery for the Elderlies' lunch. Dinner is chapfan from Fatty Mixed Rice Sri Petaling for the Elderlies and himself.

*** Foc SR Cake ***

Shopeefarm FOC secret recipe cakes has ended. Now is FOC Dunkin' Donuts. So far, I have redeemed 3 slices of FOC SR cakes.

Mon 14.nov.2022 2.48 pm - SR moist choc cake. Chocolaty and sweet.

Foc for a slice of MYR 10.80 cake.

Wed 23.nov.2022 2.28 pm - chocolate cheese cake. Chocolaty with a bit of cheese taste. Not that sweet.

Can choose these cakes for the foc cake. Looking at the cakes now, I feel like eating cakes. 😋

*** Saturday 26.nov.2022 ***

I was still sleeping at 9 am when he finished cooking this turmeric cabbage onion capsicum dish for lunch. Gave a portion to the Elderlies.

He also made these juyaozhar to get the oil. He was impatient so he used high heat until they are too brown. Next time he will use low heat.

Deep Fried Oysters

On Friday 25.nov.2022, went midvalley mall to buy groceries and ate lunch at Tonkatsu by Ma Maison at The Garden mall. Just before dinner time, he went to help the elderly remove the diabetics socks put on by kid 1 during lunch time.

12 noon - my deep fried oysters set MYR 38.9++ with unlimited refillable raw julienned cabbage. The set includes multigrain rice, tea, midi soup and dessert. I took the rice home and gave it to my friend because both of us don't want to eat rice.

12.01 noon - his mameton set MYR 42.90++ with cabbage, tea, rice and dessert. He also didn't eat the rice and brought the rice home to give to my friend.
