Today is day 15 of a lunar month so we will be having vegetarian lunch at The Good Co.

During our last visit there I ordered a cup of Healthy Organic Nasi Lemak at MYR 15.90 nett. Can you see the layers? From the bottom to top - millet (acting as rice), roasted peanuts, tempeh, cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber (kyuri), hard boiled egg, assorted salad leaves and a small container of healthy sambal that tastes like sweetish peanut sauce (those satay dips).

In the menu, the rice is blue in colour. The millet served to me that day tastes like their healthy chicken millet (acting as rice). Instead of having coconut oil taste, the millet tastes like chicken rice but I am ok with it because the millet is tasty.

I did not pour the healthy sambal into the cup. Instead I gave it to my friend and just ate the healthy nasi lemak as it is. After finishing the salad leaves, I can see the 4 quarters of a hard boiled egg and the layer of cucumber slices.

Then it was a layer of tempeh, roasted peanuts and cherry tomatoes.

At last I reached the bottom layer which is the millet (chicken rice) layer. The portion was large so I shared half of the millet with my friend.

Total Bill: MYR 105.50 nett for 4 pax so on average it was MYR 26.375 nett per pax.

Eat more Vege

This time I ordered the set lunch at MYR 16.60 nett with a bowl of not sweet red bean dessert soup at MYR 4 nett. I chose the lotus roots with chickpeas and omelette with herb dishes. The stirfry mixed vege and pickled papaya are the two default dishes in this set. My friend gave me her pickled papaya dish too so I had two portions in the photo above. As usual I kept half of the rice and some dishes for dinner but not the red bean soup.

Total Price for 2 pax: MYR 41.15 nett at Green Meadow, PJ so it is MYR 20.60 nett each as we ordered exactly the same dishes.

Energized Lifter

Rice in Herbal Soup - MYR12.90 nett. My friend previously ordered the Herby Broth Pot with Multigrain Rice so she decided to try this soup this time.

My other friend ordered the ginger mee suah with sesame oil at MYR16.90 nett again. I think from this photo, all of you can guess the name of this eatery.

The 3 of us shared this plate of okra/lady fingers in sesame dressings at an add-on price of MYR8 as before.

My friend wanted to order the premium organic honey lemon drink (normal price is MYR8.90 nett) from the special menu offering two drinks at a price of MYR11.90 nett so I agreed to order another drink from that menu. I chose the Energized Lifter drink (normal price is MYR15.90 nett). This means our drinks are only MYR5.95 nett each.

There are lots of fibre (carrot, pineapple, green apple, lemon and honey) in my drink that I was full after drinking it so I did not order a main dish. I just ate some okra (shared with my friends).

Total price for 3 persons is MYR49.70 nett. I think all of you guessed correctly that this eatery is BMS Organics. We went to the Midvalley branch as usual.

Updated later (24102018 Wed from draft)

On another visit to BMS Organics, Midvalley, my friend did not want any drinks so I ordered two drinks at a price of MYR11.90 nett from the special menu and drank them all by myself as my lunch in addition to the foc hot small ginger drink. I did not order any main meals, just these two glasses of purple and green drinks.

Green Garden Organic

My friend selected this eatery for lunch after reading theyumlist and I planned to order the "Lei Cha" meal but changed my mind later because I wanted to compare their vegetarian nasi lemak with the one that I had eaten previously in Midvalley.

Nasi Lemak set at MYR11.90 nett. I kept half of the rice and some of the rendang for dinner. The vegetarian rendang tastes very good - creamy and not salty. I prefer this vegetarian nasi lemak to the one I ate at another eatery because this one is not salty as that one.

A bowl of soup and a small glass of herbal drink that were part of the lunch set.

Their tagline: Tasty meals with healthy endings

Located on the upper floor, Bandar Manjalara (near Kepong)

Total bill is MYR68.10 for 4 pax. I share some of the dishes above with my 3 friends.

I asked my friend for this photo and the photo below. Claypot Bakuteh (Medium portion) at MYR24.90 nett shared by 3 of my friends.

Sambal Four Season (Large portion) at MYR16.90 nett shared by all 4 of us. Not very spicy with long beans, brinjals, petai, and okra (lady fingers).
