Nasi Lemak set at MYR11.90 nett. I kept half of the rice and some of the rendang for dinner. The vegetarian rendang tastes very good - creamy and not salty. I prefer this vegetarian nasi lemak to the one I ate at another eatery because this one is not salty as that one.
A bowl of soup and a small glass of herbal drink that were part of the lunch set.
Their tagline: Tasty meals with healthy endings
Located on the upper floor, Bandar Manjalara (near Kepong)
Total bill is MYR68.10 for 4 pax. I share some of the dishes above with my 3 friends.
I asked my friend for this photo and the photo below. Claypot Bakuteh (Medium portion) at MYR24.90 nett shared by 3 of my friends.
Sambal Four Season (Large portion) at MYR16.90 nett shared by all 4 of us. Not very spicy with long beans, brinjals, petai, and okra (lady fingers).
You keep half of it for dinner. It doesnt go bad by then? Sometimes I can't finish the rice hubby tapaoed for lunch, by teatime the rice has gone bad.
ReplyDeletethe rice will not go bad if saliva has not touched it so I always keep half the rice before starting to eat it. when you can't finish your rice means the leftover rice has come into contact with your used spoon. am i correct?

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the ones served at Simple Life with good sambal.
oh I have not tried the one at Simple Life yet.
DeleteGood presentation for the nasi lemak. I'd be ok with 'lei cha' since I don't expect meat in it.
ReplyDeleteAh, at last one vegetarian dish (lei cha) you will eat. :)
