Small Yam
On Monday 22.aug.22, went to drop off some things at a friend's place so went to Giant supermarket to buy groceries.
Small yam - I used to eat these small yams during mooncake festival.
I steamed them for too long until they were very soft. They literally melted in my mouth so i find them nice to eat.
Bought two seedless guard.
His lunch and dinner of braised pork knuckle rice.

Small yams are a must during the Mooncake festival... it has been a long while since I last eaten them.

ReplyDeleteYa, you are right. They are slimy. No, I never dip my food in sugar to eat, lolx! I know there are people who even dip roti canai in sugar to eat.

ReplyDeleteI can only find two good ones. Most of the yams have sprouted. I think you can plant the sprouted yams since you are good in planting vegetables.
