1.54 pm - Lamb RisottoThis risotto is very rich in taste so I ate two third and it was enough for me so I kept the about one third portion for the next day.
Description of this dish.

"Ragu is blanket term used to describe a rich, slowly cooked Italian meat sauce. Ragu is hearty, intensely flavorful (borderline stew-like!)"

Arborio Rice:
Arborio Rice doesn't get soggy in the sauce.Packaging.
Looks and sound delicious but if there is cheese, hubby won't like.

ReplyDeleteYa I also seldom eat lamb cos lamb dishes are not found in Chapfan dishes. Did the risotto u eat use arborio Rice?
