TY Tea 2Gether Delivery

Today is Thursday 1.jul.21 Day 3 of PPN phase 1. A whole new month. Yesterday we went out to buy panadols to standby after jab today.

*** Monday 28.jun.21 ***

On Monday 28.jun.21, we ordered breakfast delivery at 7.30 am from this shop called TY Tea 2Gether because they are one of the very few shops opened at that time on the food panda app. We have bought snacks and coffee from them before but not the main dishes.

Mon 28.jun.21 8 am - Nasi Lemak with chicken curry. Quite decent.

They use paper containers for the noodles.

Two drinks. In the app, there is no option to select cold or hot drinks and the it also wasn't mention in the drinks description. The result is cold drinks were delivered. We are ok with that. Cold or hot, it doesn't matter. We prefer the coffee with milk tea than the white coffee because the white coffee has a bit of burnt taste.

The soup for both noodles item is provided in plastic bags which is fine with us too.

Total price is MYR 49.29 nett.

Mon 28.jun.21 6.30 pm - both of us ate this pork yee Mee as dinner. The yee Mee noodles taste like cookies which I like.

Photo with flashlight.

Wed 30.jun.21 7.30 am - pork Mee hoon bought on Monday. I like the very soft Mee hoon. Tasty!

*** Wednesday 30.jun.21 ***

One whole roast chicken leg rice. Add one sausage. Total price is MYR 17.50 nett. I also bought 4 siew baos at MYR 2 each so the total amount I paid to Sing Kee coffee shop at Taman Desa is MYR 25.50 nett.

12.50 noon - lunch of my favourite nasi lemak from Sepetang coffee shop, Taman Desa. Bought two packs of nasi lemak at MYR 14.50 nett.

Banana cake at MYR 8.50 nett from Sepetang coffee shop.

There are 8 slices.

I ate one slice as dessert after my lunch. Taste of banana and gula melaka. He says it is more to banana bread and he likes it because it is not oily.

6.30 pm - he blanched some iceberg lettuce to eat with the roast chicken rice after keeping most of the sausage and some chicken in the fridge for the next day. I ate 2 tablespoonfuls of rice and a bit of vege and meat.

May today be a smooth smooth day for the elderlies who are getting their jabs.

  1. i thought the nasi lemak from Sepetang coffee shop is for Sunday (or weekend)...now it has become a weekday affair? The elderlies should be fine, both my parents and older uncles/aunts so far do not encounter any after effect from the vaccination. Are your elderlies taking jab at Axiata Bkt Jalil?

    1. Cos go there to buy panadols so might as well buy the nasi Lemak cos same area. Three weeks didn't eat the Nasi Lemak on Sundays cos too many ppl. Weekday less ppl, no need to q so weekday is better but need to pay parking so got trade offs. Yes, just took this morning, they got pfizer. Pray that they are ok cos they are taking lots of meds for various conditions. What brand of jab did your parents and older uncles/aunts get? Pfizer or AZ or sinovac?

    3. Good to get pfizer cos it has the highest efficacy. Sinovac also good cos proven technology.

  4. Wait who's getting jabbed? You and hubby or the elderlies?

Cold drinks are easier to take away. Safer too, no risk of the hot drink melting plastic.

  5. I was tempted to buy nasi lemak with fried chicken but ended up with fried spicy noodle with fried chicken. The vaccine pace at your place is moving faster than in Ipoh.

    1. Ooooo spicy noodle I won't be able to tahan the pedas. I guess cases in ipoh are not high so they are jabbing frontliners first there.
