Pork Braised Rice with Braised Pork Chop at MYR 14.365 nett after Food Panda Pick up Discount of 15% off. I have no idea what braised pork chop means when I ordered this. It seems to be pork chop soaked in braised gravy which makes the pork chop soggy. Won't order this braised pork chop again.
Taiwanese Pork Chop with Ramen in soup at MYR 15.215 nett. This pork chop tastes better than the pork chop with soggy batter. The broth for the ramen smells like very strong 5 spice powder which can be off putting to some people who don't like strong 5-spice taste.
Placed order at 2.50 pm Wed 12.May.21 and picked up at 3.10 pm. This is our 2nd order from Mr. Wu eatery at Sri Petaling.
The ramen only has soup with lettuce? Is there any other ingredient in the soup or noodle?
ReplyDeleteBelow the lettuce are beancurd sheets aka fuchuk. No ingredients in the soup. That pork chop is with the ramen set.

DeleteCome to think of it, we can hardly get pork chops at eateries around here. Dunno why. A few serving pork dishes here and there, no chops.

DeletePork chop is better crispy and perhaps the braised sauce could be packed separately. I disliked the five spice powder taste in their soup.
ReplyDeleteNot sure y they have a braised pork chop on the menu. Will anyone like it? Ya, even I cannot tahan. The 5 spice taste is too strong, just too strong. Gave my mother who add potatoes, carrots, tofu into it to make a soup with more water.
DeleteOh no. What a disaster to see the soggy pork chop. I often disliked some delivery food as the presentation may not be appetizing sometimes. We have no choice.
