Sugary Stuffs

Yesterday 5 May 2020 d49, we went to deliver prescribed medications collected from the hospital drive-thru pharmacy to the elderly folks along with a loaf of bread that they requested for so we also bought a shared breakfast of pepper soup pork stomach Mee Hoon at MYR 8 nett from Million coffee shop. 8.21 am.

10.20 am. Two slices of gardenia whole meal bread and one slice of sprouted 7-grain rainbow bread with 8 of 12 Texas tender. 4 to clear.

1.37 pm - Ate one slice of the layered cake. I cut the cake into 6 slices so each of us has 3 slices each.

4.21 pm - Time to start clearing the Honey Butter Biscuit from Texas chicken. 9 of 10 so 8 to go. One a day so it takes 8 days. It is sweet and salty at the same time and doughy too. One will keep me full.

4.38 pm - Could not resist eating another slice of this cake before I end my meals for the day. So I have eaten all 3 slices of my share. No more food after this and I do not feel hungry at all because I have eaten too much sugary food on this day. Unhealthy!

  3. Now I am very sure that you wear a digital watch and carry a note book! That's how you could record the precise hours, minutes and seconds too before jotting down into a note book. You place the note book beside your pillow to jot down the minute you dozed off nightly. LOLOL

I ate lots of carbo daily and sweet food occasionally but I try to exercise by walking between 5000 to 10000 steps daily. I saw some people cycling along the main roads now and I am tempted to cycle to Chow Yang too.

I have made a mental note to buy 10 pieces of Honey Butter Biscuits and Haagen Dazz ice cream tomorrow. My fridges are getting empty now. Hooray!

  6. The pork stomach pepper soup looks good. I like the Texas fried chicken but not the honey butter biscuit because I find it too sweet for my taste.
