Sunday Chapfan

On Sunday 4.sep.22, went to Taman Desa to buy lunch and Fatty Mixed Rice to buy dinner for the Elderlies.

8.22 am - his diy breakfast.

11.50 am - our lunch from Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop:
A. Siew yuk MYR 10
B. Chapfan MYR 12.50 for:
1. A small portion of rice
2. Okra
3. Napa cabbage
4. Soyknots
5. Egg tofu
6. Braised egg
7. Scrambled egg + bitter gourd
8. Fish slices spring onion ginger

Two packs of chapfan lunch for the Elderlies cost MYR 17 nett.

5.30 pm - 3 packs of chapfan dinner cost MYR 29 and the above chapfan is his dinner: fish paste stir fry bell peppers, mushrooms beancurd puff, siew bok choy with a little rice.

The beancurd puff above is from the chapfan dinner. Reheated the remaining chicken wine dish to finish it after buying it on Wednesday so this dish lasts us for 5 days.

    1. Ya, when busy, it is better to buy takeaway food instead of rushing to do everything in a hurry. Cherry tomatoes are very tasty when eaten raw.

  3. I haven't eaten chap fan for a long, long time. Maybe when I am lazy to cook, I can buy dishes too.
