Collar Steak

On Wednesday 7.sep.22, we stayed home and ate food from fridge.

His diy dinner of pork collar steak.

Frozen vacuumed pack pork collar steak.

Bought on Monday from a shop a few doors away from Swee Hing coffee shop.

We ate the remaining bittergourd soup with instant noodles and fried egg for lunch.

      Have you tried collar steak cut? I think maybe you will like the meat texture.
