Half Price

On Friday 16.sep.2022, went to drop off food to my friend and did some grocery shopping. Bought pork mihun kway teow soup for his lunch, two Foodpanda deliveries and one pandamart delivery.

Salmon Teriyaki Don from Ginza Sushi Sri Petaling. Bought it for almost half price using PestaPanda promocode. We kept half the rice. The miso soup is foc.

Only MYR 13.80 for salmon don with miso soup inclusive of delivery fees. A very good price.

Two mini avo salad from Salad Atelier - one for each of us.

Can only see the avocado and fried brinjal slices. Not seen are the slices of almond and lots of raw kale vegetables below the brinjal and avocado. The container may be mini but the salad is more than enough as a side dish. I like this salad because the vinaigrette dressing is not heavy.

*** Tim Won coffee shop ***

Pork bittergourd mihun kway teow, MYR 7.50 paid using tng.

Bought a lo Mai kai and red bean bao from a roadside stall opposite Tim Won coffee shop, total price MYR 6.50 using tng too. The bao turned out not to be a red bean bao. The sweet fillings look like pumpkin but tastes nutty. Will ask them what bao it is next time. The bao skin is dense and firm so he didn't like it but I am ok with it.

*** Pandamart ***

Used a 20% off voucher for this pandamart purchase but both packs of rolled oats with expiry date 2023 have rice weevil insects in it and the oats are clumpy and looked moist. Luckily I opened the two packs immediately after receiving them so I use the Foodpanda app function to send the photos and let them know about this case. I then received two e-vouchers MYR 12.70 each as a refund. Good that their customer service support is very efficient so I received the refund in the app on the same day.
