Nasi Lemak Pandan Rendang Chicken at MYR 12.90+ (6% SST = MYR 13.67 nett). The Rendang gravy is tasty, creamy, not that salty and not too sweet. The sambal is not the sweet type but is a bit sourish so I like it. Can taste pandan and coconut milk in the rice so the taste reminded me of Seri Muka kuih. There is no beef rendang here so for that, we still have to go to Warung. The nasi lemak beef rendang at Warung costs MYR 13.09 nett which is a bit lower so there is a savings of about 50 cents. If we feel like eating chicken rendang instead, we will eat it here.
Tea mixed with coffee - Cham - at MYR 3.60+ (MYR 3.82 nett).
Total bill for 2 pax: MYR 17.50 nett.

Nyonya Leaf (new eatery) at Midvalley Mall, Lowerground floor (LG) near to Aeon Big Supermarket.
Drooling at your rendang chicken nasi lemak, what a satisfying meal
ReplyDeleteYes, especially when shared by two people.
DeleteAnything nyonya, count me in!!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder whether you will like this rice that is so lemak that it tastes like the seri muka kuih, lolx!
Deletethis place always crowded, especially during tea-time and brunch hours.
ReplyDeleteYou have noticed this new place? The location is quite hidden so most people still go to Nyonya Colour.
DeleteLooks delicious and it is making me hungry.
ReplyDeleteTea time now! :)
DeleteThe rendang does look good.
ReplyDeleteTastes good too.
DeleteGuess the sambal is up to individual preference. Some like it sweeter, more sour, etc.
ReplyDeleteThis is the previous Belanga?
No, it is not. Belanga is now upeh. This is a new eatery at a newly renovated section on the LG floor near Aeon Big.
DeleteI love anything at Nyonya Leaf... their quality is not bad..
ReplyDeleteI believe you have mistaken Nyonya Leaf for Nyonya Colour because you haven't written about Nyonya Leaf before so I guess you haven't been here before since it is a new shop.
