On Sunday 22.oct.2023, went out early to buy supplies for elderly care center at Taman Desa and bought 3jc mihun soup lunch for elderly at home.

*** Taman Desa ***

10.18 am - at sing Kee Kitchen Taman Desa, two chapfan no rice and one watercress ribs soup MYR 24.50 including the soup.

10.03 am - saw this ice cream banner at speedmart when in there to buy shokubutsu body wash for the elderly at care center. Only has refill so bought the 900 ml moisture floral bloom at another shop MYR 18.50 nett.

He went to Sunway pharmacy and they are having promo for Tena so he bought more as this item is used up every fast. Also bought Aqua cream as per request for elderly care center.

10.05 am - the new ice cream to try:

Matcha crumble MYR 5.30

Ovaltine Dark Choc Crunchy MYR 3.80

PopCornetto MYR 3.90

2.45 pm - I ate the half avocado that has been in the fridge for one night to clear it.

3.45 pm - his chapfan no rice MYR 12.70 nett.

3.49 pm - my chapfan no rice MYR 9.80 nett. This day I didn't omad.

.Kid 2 and partner arrived safely in sg early morning.

.After buying 3jc at taman Desa he went over to the elderly at home to ensure the meds are eaten because elderly at home often forgets to eat meds. After the elderly at home ate 3jc, all 3 of them went to visit elderly at care center and to bring supplies over.

. elderly at home had a good time talking to everyone in the care center and self invite to join their tea time therefore staying until around 3.30 pm ish.

. When walking out, elderly stumbled and fell so kid 3 lunged forward to catch elderly until elderly says oneself is so stable that can adjust the stumble without falling to the ground without acknowledging that the fall was saved by kid 3.

. As kid 3 had to buy dinner for elderly at home, he dropped them off at home, picked me up for early dinner.

. Kid 3 ate early dinner, bought dinner for elderly at home, dropped off dinner for elderly at home. Another bzbee day for kid 3.

. Elderly care center can stand assisted but most of the time, after being assisted up from the bed, will sit in the wheelchair to watch shows on tablet online. So with rest, 🙏 the SDH won't reoccur.
