Big Early Shopping

On Saturday 21.oct.2023, main quest is to top up supplies for care center elderly so early morning we went for food nearby Big so that can buy supplies after eating brunch.

Elderly at home wandered out in the morning and bought two packs of nasi lemak so kid 4 says that nasi lemak is elderly at home's lunch so kid 3 doesn't need to buy lunch for elderly at home.

At 1230 noon kid 3 went to pick up kid 4 and elderly to visit the care center. After waiting for meds delivery until 1.40 pm ish, it started to drizzle so only kid 3 and kid 4 went to the care center. Elderly at home didn't go.

Kid 2 and partner flew in from sg today 1130 am to visit the Elderly at care center 1 pm and will fly back tomorrow. After care center visit, kid 3 chauffeured kid 2, partner and kid 4 back to fatty mok for early dinner. Dropped off kid 2 and partner at fatty mok and chauffeured kid 4 to pick up elderly at home to join the two at fatty mok. All 5 then ate early dinner at fatty mok, kid 2 partner's treat. Then all 5 squeezed into kid 3's car and went to send elderly's at home back and had a long long chat there. Kid 3 is a bzbee being everywhere.

*** Brunch ***

9.26 am - after looking around Big, decided to eat at this peng you 朋有friendship corner coffee shop.

9.18 am - his pork mihun soup MYR 10 ish which he thought has one egg but it seems like eggs have to top up as an add on. Clear soup so tastes light.

9.21 am - his hot cham and my iced white coffee total MYR 6.90 nett.

9.26 am - my beef instant noodles soup MYR 15 nett.

9.39 am - this beef noodles are for people with strong teeth because the tendon, meat and tripe are springy and QQ texture which gives chewing a good time 👍 😁 soup is dark in colour but light soy taste only. I prefer very strong herb taste instead of light soy taste.

I was full before eating all the beef noodle but I force myself to eat all the beef noodle but not the soup. This is my omad so I wonder what tomorrow's figure will be.

9.32 am - I couldn't help but to order this spring onion pancake MYR 3 nett. It has a nice sticky texture so both of us finished eating all of it without any difficulty.

9.18 am - the beef stall with all the beef parts nicely displayed.

9.18 am - the name of the beef stall is HK beef noodle and this stall is located on the walkway of the 2nd shop lot.

9.55 am - doorway joining shop 1 and shop 2.

Both shops form this peng you coffee shop.

9.55 am - this stall sells the spring onion pancake that I couldn't help but buy because I have a weakness for spring onion pancakes.

9.57 am - initially he wanted to eat brunch at this Kuchai Lama coffee shop but after looking at the stalls which not many stalls are opened today we changed our plan and look elsewhere for food. I walked from peng you coffee shop to Big to join him because he went to Big while I was still eating the beef noodles.

10.06 am - kid 3 topping up supplies at Big for the elderly at care center.
