Kk was closed during weekends so couldn't call for an appointment. Unfortunately kk was full so they had to reschedule to wed. Everyday for this week, the elderly care center has appointment at different medical facilities so he will be a bzbee nonstop.

I ordered shaved ice dessert but the staff says all shaved ice desserts are not available yet so he ordered a hot barley pumpkin drink MYR 6.8 nett instead which turned out to have milk in it so I had to drink it all.
3.58 pm - after he has eaten his portion, this is my portion.
4.05 pm - they generously put a ceramic wine jar on each table filled with wine for customers to add to the fish soup.
4.11 pm - the fillings in the wanton is a paste with chives so it tastes quite good. The green dip is sourish and a little spicy.
Total bill is MYR 42.4 nett.
4.19 pm - from inside pinnacle, need to walk through this Montan eatery to get to the cheras Fish noodle eatery else need to enter it directly from the main road.

Still two more MYR 8.50 vouchers to go. Order MYR 20 to use the vouchers. This time we used the MYR 10 voucher so only paid MYR 13 nett for a MYR 23 bill.
4.30 pm - in order to reach MYR 20, I ordered two egg tarts and 1 kaya puff for myself because eating pastries is a piece of cake for me.
4.35 pm toast from the tea set.
4.41 pm - tasty thick salty butter.
4.43 pm - two soft boiled eggs from the tea set which he drank them all as I don't eat soft boiled eggs.
11 am ish - on the way back from the care center, he stopped at sing Kee Kitchen eatery to buy chapfan lunch for the elderly at home, kid 4 and himself MYR 34 ish in total.
6 wantons dumplings MYR 10.80 nett. It was raining heavily. Can you see the raindrops on the road?

ReplyDeleteYa, if you like wine in the soup, they let customers pour the wine themselves from the wine jar on the table. Kk is by zoning so the kk will ask for the address and direct patients to the kk in charge of that area where the patient lives.
DeleteIt's good that they allow customers to help themselves to the wine. There was a restaurant (closed down) at Uptown that does the same and I added too much and felt tipsy. LOL! If I remember correctly, Go Noodle House charges for extra wine.

Thanks. I suspect they can't keep it up in the long run. Just opened so can put the wine there to attract customers. Doing ok is subjective since the elderly cannot do anything now without being assisted.
