A Long Day

On Friday 13.oct.2023, went to Taman Desa again to collect an order from Sunway P.

*** Sky Kopitiam Taman Desa ***

10.38 am - his roast chicken char siew small portion rice MYR 11. Our drink iced Cham less sweet MYR 2.8 nett and my chapfan no rice: kangkung, broccoli, tofu and long bean omelette MYR 8 nett.

10.49 am - I finished up his rice with char siew.

This is the ribbon dressing item specially ordered from supplier. MYR 116 nett.

*** His DIY Dinner ***

3.47 pm - he cooked his pork chop.

3.50 pm - he ate the pork chop with raw shredded purple cabbage and he used up all the remaining kewpie sesame mayo dressings for the cabbage to clear the kewpie dressing that is in the fridge for some time.

3.36 pm - I help him eat up all the raw purple cabbage and I asked him not to bother to shred the cabbage because I can just chew on the whole leaf.

4.14 pm - I ate the final piece of steamed purple sweet potato.

4.22 pm - I then ate the 3 remaining chocolates from the wedding on sat 230923 with gardenia purple bread. Then I went on a clearing spree and ate all the slices of purple wholemeal bread shown in this photo with my favourite goober grape peanut butter jam. Needless to say next morning the figure went up.

On Thursday night, the elderly says feels a bit confused.

On Friday morning, fell again and the neighbours helped to get to bed.

He checked them after that and is ok.

Kid 1 brought them lunch and by 5 pm noticed that the elderly is having great difficulty controlling the mouth so couldn't speak at all.

5.55 pm he went over to bring them to ER

8.30 pm all 3 are at ER after preliminary examinations by medical staff.

9 pm - kid 1 went home by grab 1st.

10.14 pm - ER is keeping the elderly for tests so he went home.

10.35 pm - home.

Saturday wee morning at about 4 am, ER doctor called to say it is SDH just like what happened back in 2oct2021. They will just observe because the blood thinner pradaxa is still in the system so no surgery on the brain can be done.

The previous SDH aka Subdural Hematoma occurrence, the elderly stopped taking pradaxa blood thinner for a while and the brain bleeding stopped. So this time 🙏 it will be the same.
