Khueen Kee Pandan Indah

On Wednesday 20.sep.2023, he read about this new eatery from Ipoh in Pandan indah and so he suggested going there for lunch.

11.04 am - nasi lemak chicken kunyit MYR 15.90 nett. There is no sambal by default. Taste ok.

11.02 am - curry siew yuk noodles MYR 14.90 nett. The noodles are Lai fun and the curry broth tastes exactly like Assam laksa sourish Sweet a bit spicy broth.

11.18 am - egg tarts MYR 2.70 nett each. Taste ok, no lard taste. One tau sar pneah MYR 1.2 nett. Deep fried wanton MYR 6 nett for one serving of 11 wanton dumplings. We brought about 6 wanton dumplings home.

Total price is MYR 115.30 nett because I couldn't help myself but buy their mooncakes which are made in Ipoh.

10.46 am - the eatery next to it is maccha iki which I wanted to eat matcha ice cream at but was too full after lunch.

12.06 noon - after lunch, he walked to soon kee herbal shop and bought 2 tubs of gwai lin gou MYR 9 nett each.

12.35 noon - the mooncakes made in Ipoh:
1. Ham MYR 16 nett
2. Nuts MYR 14 nett
3. Lotus single yolk MYR 10.50 nett
4. Pandan lotus single yolk MYR 10 nett
5. Two cute mooncakes MYR 14 nett for both, not sold as singles

4.21 pm - he ate 1/8 of each. 

4.26 pm - the cute cute mooncake with lotus fillings and single egg yolk.

  1. Cute piggy mooncake. Ham mooncake?? Never seen it tasted that before. I still have 3 mooncakes left, ate Pandan flavour last month. Left lotus with single yolk and mixed nuts mooncakes.
