Mung Bean Seaweed Tong Sui

On Thursday 6.apr.2023, he went on his own to 126 Kopitiam to buy lunch for the Elderlies because I wasn't ready yet.

12.03 noon - his chapfan no rice lunch from 126 Kopitiam.

4.40 pm - he cooked frozen celery pork suigao for his early dinner with romaine lettuce and poached eggs.

4.56 pm - he kept a portion for my omad: of suigao skin, 2 suigao and 1 poached egg.

6.06 noon - he cooked mung beans, seaweed, dried orange peel tong sui and I put a bowl of it into the freezer to eat ice mung bean tong sui.
