Matcha Powder
On Monday 17.apr.2023, went to 126 Kopitiam to buy takeaway chapfan no rice for his dinner and he ate lunch at ho family's kitchen.
I bought matcha powder to make matcha drink. This pack of 80 g matcha powder costs around MYR 38 ish from Aeon Supermarket.
1.08 noon - shake up a refreshing glass of cold matcha drink with no sugar no syrup, very nice aftertaste. The whole mouth feels clear and fresh.
1.03 pm - I believe this 80g of uji matcha powder is packed in Kyoto resulting in the price of MYR 38.50 nett.
1.03 pm - instructions on the various way to prepare it for consumption.
1.04 pm - I prefer this easy way of just shaking it.
1.04 pm - best before may 2023 so need to drink daily.

11.29 am - his lunch at ho family's kitchen eatery. Chicken hor fun soup around MYR 10 ish and a glass of hot coffee around MYR 3 ish. He watched iced coffee but ticked the hot column without realising it so he got hot coffee as per his order chit.

Wow. Not cheap. Never bought matcha powder before, didn't know its price well. But I do have green tea sachets at home, I drink when I feel like it.
ReplyDeleteThis pack of matcha powder is a good quality matcha powder packed in Kyoto so the price is like that. There are lower priced matcha mix sold but I am not sure how the quality and taste is like. Green tea is also refreshing.
