After reading about these delicious homemade egg tarts made by TM's wife, I had to go buy some egg tarts to eat. These 6 egg tarts (1 is inside a tummy) cost MYR 17.83 nett so one costs MYR 2.72 nett. They taste good.
These 6 chicken pastries cost MYR 22.39 nett. One costs MYR 3.74 nett.

Stay-at-home Combo Meal which includes a cup of coffee costs MYR 15.04 nett. The usual price is MYR 24.11 nett. I like that it is chicken breast. Both of us shared this chicken rice for lunch.
The coffee that is included in the above combo meal. I chose Hot coffee instead of a cold one. There was a bit of spillage which is quite ok.
Stay-at-home Dim Sum Deal at MYR 10.79 nett instead of the usual price of MYR 15.14 nett for two dim sum of your choice. I chose Char Siew Bao (BBQ pork buns) and Lo Mai Kai (Glutinous Chicken rice).
Both of us shared this Lo Mai Kai, one Char Siew Bao and one large Navel orange for dinner.
As usual, contactless delivery by GrabFood all the way from Nam Heong MyTown.
Order Time: 12.59 noon. Order Received: 13.40 nett.
I consider this timing to be very fast since MyTown is quite a distance from my place.
Total price is MYR 72.05 nett. Even the McD Combo Meal costs more than this but for both McD and this order, the food will last me for a few meals.
I was thinking of going up to buy a lot of the char siew pao and bak chang to keep in the fridge to eat for breakfast. Getting tired of toast and cream crackers.

DeleteI had a big bao for lunch a few days ago. It was bought in the morning market and kept frozen in the fridge. I miss Nam Heong chicken rice, but I prefer the steamed chicken instead of the roasted one.

DeleteAt first I guessed it was TK but when I saw the chicken sou, I immediately thought of Nam Heong. After reading this, I feel like I want the egg tarts and chicken sou. I remember they are delicious.
