wow!! this one looks good, like the avocado and the balsamic vinegar marinate!! but i would be a little greedy.. can i have the same topping for each of the pieces of bread instead?? muahahaha~~
haha, call me jakun or so malaysian.. when i see the onions and anchovies, you know what comes into mind?? kekekekeke, SAMBAL!! those sambal bilis with bawang.. awwww, i think goes well as sandwich "topping" (since this is open-faced) too~~ :)
Ummmm...if it is not sandwiched in between two slices, is it still called a sandwich? Don't talk to anyone after eating that - all those onions. Hehehehehehe!!!!
Anything with avocado sure healthy.. I seldom eat it coz its bland.. But its very nutritious. I bought it lastime for G's puree.. Any leftover, I'll spread on bread with slices of banana and some nutella.. Nice..
Actually the anchovies were used to boil soup and then removed from the soup to be eaten like this for any leftover nutrients in them and also for fibre.
A slice of bacon or two and it'd be perfect!
ReplyDeleteyeah!! give me five!! i have the same thought too!! :p
DeleteGreat minds think alike?
DeleteLOL yeah!

ReplyDeleteMamarazzi is spot on. This sandwich is breakfast for an elderly person on a low fat low salt diet so no bacon is allowed.

ReplyDeleteHehehe, not many would dare to eat like this.
