So this is actually Nyonya cuisine. I always thought it is Indian/Mamak cuisine like roti canai, but never able to find it. I only had it before as in-flight meals of MAS or SQ..
and now, i don't remember i have eaten roti jala often.. probably not more than 5 times, haha!! i don't know why, this thing never come across my mind leh~~
maybe all i have in mind is just roti canai only.. oh, how pathetic!! but then i actually prefer to have rice to go with curry lah.. and look at the curry, aiyo, like so sedap and the gravy so thick and lemak~~
