McD Day

On Sunday 19.sep.21, he cooked potatoes chicken for the elderlies for dinner and got them McD fried chicken for lunch.

12.40 noon - my lunch of salmon rice bowl direct from the fridge, bought yesterday from Brew House Kuchai branch. Taste good so I will continue to buy this salmon rice bowl from them. Also ate one McD hash brown and a bit of the fried chicken.

The hash brown is so oily until the oil seeped through the paper bag.

Bought from two McD branches.

8.57 am - my McD omelette cheese burger.

11.27 am - use shoptoday promo code to buy 11 Nestle chocolate ice cream cones to stock up for him.

  2. it has been months since my last McD meal...hmmm...nothing fancy these days in McD...all seasonal items macam 'recycled' from previous ones. Salmon teriyaki bowl + hashbrown + fried chicken = heaven!

  3. Long time didn't cook potato chicken. I like this dish. I like hashbrown but that is too oily.

    1. Potato chicken dish is tasty, I see you agree on this. I think can drain all oil away before eating the hash brown.

  5. Making me feel like having McD again hehe. I get frozen hash browns since the kids like them - cook in the oven toaster.

    1. Oh, what brands are those hash browns? I have not noticed any frozen hash browns in supermarkets before.

    2. Simplot is what I can remember. I have gotten a few other brands too, depends on what's available. So far the kids are fine with all brands except the round Kawan-brand ones.

    3. Thanks,I will remember to avoid the kawan brand hash browns if I ever want to buy it. Hhmmm, didn't pay attention to frozen sections so am not familiar with Simplot brand. Thanks for the info though.
