WG Forebidden

Rice with 3 deep fried crispy prawns in butter sauce - MYR 18+ (10% service charge = MYR 19.80 nett). It is tasty as my friend polished off everything.

My friend also ordered this highly recommended crab meat and egg soup served with vinegar at MYR 15+ (MYR 16.50 nett). This bowl of soup is for 1 pax.

My order: Grilled Trout Fillet - MYR 32+ (MYR 35.20 nett). I like the sauce as it is sourish (the menu describe it as "ginger wine chilli citrus" but it is not spicy at all. I like the big portion of salad served with this dish.

View from another angle - There are 3 big chunks of sweet potatoes in skin in this dish. I suspect this dish is for Paleo eaters as it serves sweet potatoes instead of rice although some strict Paleo diet practitioners do not consider sweet potatoes as Paleo food.

Size comparison - a bowl of rice for 1 pax vs the plate of trout fillet. I ordered a bowl of rice at MYR 2+ (MYR 2.20 nett) to go with this tasty fish. I finished all the salad, ate one third of the rice, half the fish and one piece of the sweet potatoes and kept the rest for dinner where everything still taste just as good.

Bill for 2 pax: MYR 73.70 nett. My portion costs MYR 37.40 nett.

Forbidden at Dana 1 Commercial Centre, Ara Damansara.

  7. I like what you ordered as I love fish but I won't need the rice. Whatever is there is fine for me.
