Try all Tastes

Went back to Boat Noodle, The Gardens for the chicken wings (5 pieces per bowl at MYR 10.80 nett).  This time we ordered two bowls.

Just the middle section and tip of the wings, no drumlets. Juicy, flavourful and tender!

12 bowls for the 4 of us. There was a filming crew there doing some sort of promotion and they said they would give us a voucher if we ordered another 8 bowls but we did not as we were full. This time, I tried the Dry Sweet Sauce (tastes like garlic oil and sweet soy) and Sweet Kuey Chap (herb taste in sweet soy) which I did not try the previous time.  So I have tried all 6 types:
1: Ayutthaya (spicy until my lips are numbed),
2: Suki Nam (Sweet and sour taste),
3: Dry Sweet Sauce (Garlic Oil and sweet soy),
4: Dry Tom Yum (spicy with crushed peanuts),
5: Sweet Kuey Chap (herb and sweet soy),
6. Pathumthani (sourish).
My friends like no 6 (Pathumthani) the best.

Total bill for 4 pax: MYR 48 nett.

  1. I like the chicken wings there... not a small portion as the noodles.

  2. I am drooling at the chicken wings, yums!

  3. Oh? So many different kinds of taste? No. 6, eh? Must KIV that.

  4. I have not tried these boat noodles. Hope to do so one of these days.

  5. 12 bowls plus chicken wings. Wow. That was a lot.

I have yet to try boat noodle. There is one Thai boat noodle outlet but haven't make it there. Lol.

    1. you try this outlet you will know 12 bowls are many or not.

  6. Such a tiny amount in each bowl!
