Dried Pork Noodles at MYR 15.90++ (MYR 18.45 nett after 10% service charge and 6% SST). The noodles are those narrow translucent and springy kway teow/hor fun. There are two quail eggs and fresh prawns which I like. The large amount of herbs and garlic chives (koo chye) gave this dish a strong "green" taste but in a nutshell, I find this dish quite tasty and would only eat it if there is someone to share it with me because of its big portion.
We finally get to try this dish after walking past this banner for a few months.
My default dish at Pho Vietz is Pork Chop Rice at MYR 16.89++ (MYR 19.60 nett). We used to order it at the Sri Petaling branch. I have to keep half of it for dinner and I did not use the sweet and sour sauce provided in the small bowl at all because the pork chop itself is flavourful enough. The rice is accompanied by pickled carrots, a piece of vermicelli omelette, a leaf of lettuce and a bunch of what-seems-to-be-deep-fried-crumbs-of-some-sort (which I ate without knowing exactly what they are).
Total Bill for 2 pax: MYR 38.05 nett. Pho Vietz is in the list of our regular eateries.
I only like vietnamese food for its pork so i would choose the pork chop rice
