DeleteNot a fan of liver sausage. Remember when small, my dad loved to buy from a roadside stall in old part of Kuching. But the liver sausage was tied to a char siew....I took the char siew while the liver assed to the adults. Lol. Now hard to find such thing.

DeleteMy hubby likes waxed duck so he always gets 'gifts' of them. Me, I can't stand the smell.
ReplyDeleteOh, I didn't notice the smell after it has been steamed. Never handle any waxed duck before it was steamed before so don't know what it smells like before steaming.
