A circle of dough

I bought a big fat dough nut from the morning market for MYR1 nett.

No sugar coating because the sugar is packed separately and I chose not to eat this with sugar.

Its texture is like bread so this is basically deep fried bread, nothing like those expensive soft melt-in-the-mouth doughnuts from famous overseas chain stores that cost about MYR3 each.

  1. I would like it without sugar too - that is what's been putting me off donuts, the sugar and the sweetness.

  2. Oh my... I haven't seen this type of donut in ages! My mom used to buy them from the pasar when I was a kid (and she would not even bother to take the separate sugar packs). Nowadays, fat hopes... "Look at that big lump of flour! Don't eat! Tsk!"

    1. You tell your mother, "Melentur aur biarlah dari rebung" so when you were a kid, shouldn't have bought this type of donuts.

    2. Usually with sugar, but wait until the lunch time, all the sugar melt already, hahaha...so I also don't whether should I say it with sugar or without sugar.
