I bought a big fat dough nut from the morning market for MYR1 nett.
No sugar coating because the sugar is packed separately and I chose not to eat this with sugar.
Its texture is like bread so this is basically deep fried bread, nothing like those expensive soft melt-in-the-mouth doughnuts from famous overseas chain stores that cost about MYR3 each.
Without sugar, nice meh?
ReplyDeleteNice. Like eating deep fried bread.
DeleteI would like it without sugar too - that is what's been putting me off donuts, the sugar and the sweetness.
ReplyDeleteNo sugar for you too then. :)
DeleteOh, yum-oh!
ReplyDeleteYum indeed!
DeleteOh my... I haven't seen this type of donut in ages! My mom used to buy them from the pasar when I was a kid (and she would not even bother to take the separate sugar packs). Nowadays, fat hopes... "Look at that big lump of flour! Don't eat! Tsk!"
ReplyDeleteYou tell your mother, "Melentur aur biarlah dari rebung" so when you were a kid, shouldn't have bought this type of donuts.
DeleteMy older kid like this kind of doughnut. Nowadays, I give him without sugar too.
ReplyDeleteYes, better eat without sugar.
DeleteI must have sugar la baru sedap. I wonder why some people spelled it as donuts? Must be American English I guess.

I love doughnuts and also prefer without sugar because they spill all over and stick to my lips :(
ReplyDeleteYou like to eat these plain doughnuts or those expensive fancy ones?
DeleteI love doughnut especially the classic type coated with sugar.
ReplyDeleteThose original glazed ones?
DeleteI remember last time when in primary school, my mom always buy this type of bread for me to have lunch in school.
ReplyDeleteWith sugar or no sugar when you ate it in school for lunch?
DeleteUsually with sugar, but wait until the lunch time, all the sugar melt already, hahaha...so I also don't whether should I say it with sugar or without sugar.
DeleteWith melted sugar then! :)
