Popcorn Stalls closed

Last Sunday, we went to Popcorn food court Midvalley Mall to have pork noodles and hokkien mee only to find that the Siew Kei Pork Noodle stall has been replaced by another pork noodle eatery called Ding Xiang Sang Nyuk Noodles which has yet to start operations (left side of photo above) and that Stall 7 Uptown Hokkien Mee has been boarded up (right side of photo above). We were disappointed because we thought they were popular stalls at this food court so why stop operations?

So we went to Canton-i and ordered the above food for two pax. Needless to say I was stuffed to the brim. 2 hand wipes at MYR 2.2 nett, 4 Prawns wantons soup noodle at MYR 17.5 nett, Dry wanton noodle with Char Siew and Siew Yuk at MYR 20.25 nett, Floral Hot Tea Drink at MYR 7.1 nett and Dessert Mango Pomelo at MYR 12.05 nett.

Total bill is MYR 59.10 nett inclusive of two hand wipes (wet towels).

AK Fishball at Midvalley Mall/Gardens has started their business operations (Nana green tea used to be here) and Bumble Bee of Transformer fame is standing guard.

    1. You are right, this new PopCorn food court is where Oasis used to be.

    1. Their food is consistently tasty so they have been in this location for many years now.

  3. Wondered what hand wipes were at the start of your listing of food items!

The rental is probably high so maybe profits were't high enough to sustain the business.
