DeleteTain Qi Leaves is scientifically known as Panax Notoginseng. Correct? I have heard of parents asking me whether I ate TianQi to grow taller? My mum never fried or heard of this. LOLOL
ReplyDeleteyou got the scientific name correct for tian qi but there is another leaves called teng san qi which is madeira vine (anredera cordifolia). i wonder how the uncooked leaves look. never seen it raw before.

DeleteThe tian qi leaves remind me of cekur manis. All the dishes very ngam for me especially the kampung chicken.
