Canton Kitchen

Patin fish in claypot. The dark head looked scary.

Whole steamed village chicken. Most people prefer to eat this chicken with the ginger dip that was provided.

Wild boar curry. Very flavourful.

Tian Qi Leaves. Anyone knows what vegetable this is?

Claypot bean curd. Easy to eat dish.

Mushrooms stir-fried with vegetables. I like to eat the mushrooms.

13 at a table.

A fairly new restaurant in Happy Garden.

    1. Direct translation of the Chinese Name of this restaurant would be Old Signboard, in SG there is a famous restaurant chain called No Signboard

  4. Tain Qi Leaves is scientifically known as Panax Notoginseng. Correct? I have heard of parents asking me whether I ate TianQi to grow taller? My mum never fried or heard of this. LOLOL

  6. The dishes look good, presentation is nice. Except for the tian qi leaves but that's the first time I've seen those so maybe they just look like that. :)

    1. The leaves are all lumped together. I don't even know what each leaf looks like.
