The four of us ordered a full platter (a whole chicken, 2 large or 4 regular sides) - MYR53 to share between us.
We chose 4 regular sides (if ordered individually, each regular side costs MYR5): Chips, Mediterranean Rice, Coleslaw and Grilled Veg.
A whole chicken on its own costs MYR39.90 and we were served the whole chicken in four quarters, 2 top quarters and two bottom quarters. We noticed that the table next to us ordered the same item - full platter but the man requested for all four quarters to be bottom quarters and the waiter obliged.
We think it is because the man who requested for it looks very fierce, is big and tall in size. Anyway we think that it is quite unreasonable to request for that because the menu says a whole chicken and a four-legged chicken do not exist. Actually I prefer the top quarter which has the breast meat than the bottom quarter which has the thigh and drumstick.
One of us ordered a drink - Rosa Fresca (MYR8.90): Pomegranate syrup, fresh mint and a hint of lime with ice cold Sprite.
The drink is served in a long thin glass so there is not a lot of it. Inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% government tax, the bill came up to MYR71.80 so after deducting the MYR50 voucher, we paid MYR21.80 by cash.

Quite a worth to exchange the voucher!
ReplyDeleteThis voucher has a "cheaper" exchange rate than other dine in cash vouchers.
