8.41 am - he ordered nasi lemak fried whole chicken leg MYR 16.90 nett and I ate his remaining rice with some chicken meat.
8.33 am - my favourite iced salted butter coffee MYR 5 nett.
8.38 am - I ordered abc chicken soup without rice MYR 13.9 nett. No tomatoes, only carrots, potatoes and a bit of onion.
8.43 am - a thin chicken thigh with very soft bones so I ate all the bones.
12.39 noon - I ate two tea eggs bought on Wednesday and half an avocado with 3 slices of rainbows sprouted 7-grains bread.
