DeletePetai char kway teow for me, not too fond of the traditional white wine over at your side, sweet.
ReplyDeletethis is tradition yellow wine.
DeleteYes, I love a thick, fragrant and flavorful chicken soup. The kway teow looked good too but maybe I am not going to take much of the Chinese waxed sausage. Don't like it very much.
ReplyDeleteI also don't like waxed sausage though I will eat it a bit.
DeleteI have been to Brew House and Formosa(some time ago)….but didn't notice this place...The wine chicken looks good!
ReplyDeleteNext time you can visit this place.
DeleteAm drooling over the thick yellow wine chicken broth. I have not tried cooking char kway teow with petai. I think should be tasty!
ReplyDeletethe petai makes the ckt not that cloying.
Deletewow... both dishes look very good indeed. Is that butter rice for the rice wine chicken?
ReplyDeleteno, I think it is just plain rice. The rice was too white so I adjust the colour until it can be seen.
