The story behind Niu Niu.
Interior
Exterior - Niu Niu Kulai Beef Noodle House at OUG. Their stall at Swee Hing coffee shop, Sri Petaling is no longer operating. Not sure why they decided to pull out from Swee Hing.
3 types: Handmade beef balls - very tasty because they put some herbs inside to balance the strong beef taste (2 x MYR 1.5 each so is MYR 3); beef meat balls (2 x MYR 1 each so is MYR 2) and beef tendon balls (2 x MYR 1 each so is MYR 2). Must buy a minimum of 2 meat balls so the 6 meat balls here cost MYR 7 nett.
Takeaways to eat at home: Soup beef hor fun mixed with mee hoon with beef shank, beef tendon and raw slices of beef which is more expensive so the price is MYR 10.50 nett.
Takeaways to eat at home: Dry beef lai fun noodle with beef shank, beef tendon and tripe (beef stomach) at MYR 9.50 nett so two packets of beef noodles with 6 beef balls cost MYR 27 nett. Next time we will dine in whenever we feel like eating beef noodles.

ReplyDeleteThe dry type has peanuts in it so you like this type which is same as seremban market dry beef noodle.
DeleteI like the looks of their 3 types of Handmade beef balls. Their irregular shapes look appetizing enough to attract me.
