I have heard a lot about SunnyHills pineapple tarts but have yet to taste any until my friend gave me two pieces. They are from Taiwan and are sold in SG too but not here.
They are different in shape when compared to Chiate pineapple tarts.
Oblong
Fibrous
I find it as tasty as Chiate pineapple tarts.

DeleteWe have Sunny Hill in Kuching - an SDA church and private school...and they have a very popular ice cream place...dating way back till the 60's & 70's. Still lots of people go there to this very day.
