WG Runners Cafe at Paramount

Back in Nov 2016, I noticed Runners Cafe in Bukit Jalil but did not eat there until recently my lunch group went to their branch in Taman Paramount, PJ. They have affordable lunch sets starting from MYR 8.90 nett but I did not feel like having those dishes so I ordered from their ala carte menu with 10% off because my friend has a voucher.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon with Quinoa dish at MYR 18 nett (after 10% discount = MYR 16.20 nett) without paying much attention to the fact that it is listed in the menu as a salad so I thought that there would be a lot of Quinoa but it turned out to have a lot of raw vegetables especially raw purple cabbage since it is a salad. Therefore I had to slowly chew my way through this dish. Luckily the salad is fresh so it was quite ok.

The bill with only my order because all my friends placed their orders way before me because I could not make up my mind.

  1. That big piece of smoked salmon for less than RM20 is cheap. I just bought a piece, frozen...and small for over RM25, I think. My girl wants to use it to make sushi.

    1. Yes red cabbage is quite tough so they need to be thinly sliced.
