WG Pandan Rice

Lunch Set - Nasi Pandan Rempah Fish - MYR 18.55 nett with a free drink. I like the fresh chili paste on top of the okras because it is not very spicy and it tastes very refreshing.

This is the amount of food that I kept for my dinner before I start to eat because I know from looking at the amount of food on the plate that I will not be able to finish it.

Bill for 2 pax: MYR 37.10 nett at Restaurant Peranakan Place at One Utama. My friend had the chicken version of my lunch.

Is this eatery under the same chain as the one with the same name located in Nu Sentral, KL? I believe that it is the same franchise but operated by a different franchisee.

  3. Yummmm!!! Looks good. I always add pandan leaves to the rice when I cook but I do not pound them to get the juice, so no green colour.

  9. This green rice looks so healthy and organic to me. I should harvest my pandan bush and cook them in my rice pot!
The price is very reasonable and I will go there soon.

  11. Wah! That is not much food yet you can split it for lunch and dinner. You are like those cars that don't use up lots of fuel. Haha. Very economical to have.

  12. Nonya restaurants don't seem to have much variety in the name. Someone a lot have 'Peranakan' and 'Bibik' in them hehe.

I haven't been to this one in 1u for years... my last experience was so-so in terms of taste.
