On Monday 18.apr.22, ordered two food deliveries just for ourselves.
*** Noodle time ***
8.54 am - his breakfast of pork bitter gourd mihun soup from Noodle Time eatery in Happy Garden. I ate a small portion and found it to be sourish so I like it. It doesn't fulfill his requirements of a good pork soup mihun which should have a robust pork broth so this item is not high on his list.7.14 pm - his dinner of kampung aka village chicken mihun ginger soup from Noodle Time. I didn't eat any of this meal so he told me that the chicken had lots of exercise until the thigh meat is very firm and need a lot of strength to chew the meat. For the kampung chicken meat, there are two pieces of thigh meat, two pieces of breast meat and one piece of wing so it is good value for money. Recommended for people who loves to eat firm kampung chicken.
Free delivery due to pandapro subscription and used orderje promocode to get MYR 6 off.
12.21 noon - our shared lunch from Tastylicious Dim Sum eatery in Sri Petaling which is pork free and lard free. I ordered these meals because it is on PandaBox and I wanted to try the salted egg prawns and deep fried fish fillets.
I feel that the deep fried fish fillets are not dory fish because it is a white flaky meat but he thinks it is dory. I think the taste of the fish fillets is nice and I am ok to buy these two dishes again because the deep fried salted egg prawns are quite nice too although a bit oily and got a bit of bicarbonate taste in the batter coatings. Salted egg prawns are one of my favourite food.
The noodles look good but I too don't want tough chicken meat.
ReplyDeleteSame here.
Deletei like salted egg prawns. Didn't notice that in the menu. Will try to order it next time.
ReplyDeleteYes, do try. Quite ok.
DeleteSalted egg prawns is one of my favourite too!!!
ReplyDeleteYummy! 😋
DeleteKampung chicken is hard and stringy to me too. I prefer the cheapo normal chicken from Tesco or wherever!
ReplyDeleteChicken exercises too much in villages. 😂🤣
