On Sunday 17.apr.22, went to Taman Desa as per routine to buy food.
Lo Mai kai from Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop at MYR 4.40 nett. I like it because it uses chicken breast meat so there wasn't any fats and the glutinous rice is soft without being overloaded with gravy. Will definitely buy it again. Our shared dinner from Choy Kee coffee shop, Taman Desa. Duck breast meat at MYR 9 nett and duck thigh meat with char siew rice at MYR 15 nett. Also bought a pack of deboned roast chicken thigh with char siew rice at MYR 10 nett for the elderly's lunch.
Our shared lunch from Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop: rice, steamed chicken thigh, yin choy, long beans, soy knot, egg tofu, bitter gourd, and okra for MYR 11.50 nett. For the elderly's lunch, it was rice, brinjal, scrambled eggs and egg tofu.
Your container of chap fan dishes look so good :)

ReplyDeleteYup! 👍 😋
DeleteThe green always looks tempting, sedap glutinous rice pulut kuning with chicken curry, perfect match.
ReplyDeleteNasi pulut kuning with curry chicken is very tasty too. 😋 Always good to eat lots of greens.
DeleteSometimes I also tapau dishes and cook rice at home. When busy and no time to prepare meal.
ReplyDeleteGood move because there are many dishes to select from. So much more than can be cooked at home for lunch or dinner.
DeleteAh you have LMK with chilli sauce. That's relatively new to me, never used to put chilli sauce.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha, I don't need the chili sauce taste. Just want to use up the chili sauce so put it there.
