On Monday 24.jun.2024, went to fatty mix rice for chapfan no rice and then went to Thong Kee for coffee and curry puffs.

11.20 am - two chapfan no rice MYR 10 nett and MYR 9 nett. The basic soup of the day is foc. I selected mostly soft food: Brinjal, soft broccoli, melon strips stir fry, steamed eggs and braised egg. Parked at pinnacle condo.

The curry puffs can be eaten by chewing then lightly so they are suitable for my weak teeth.

On Sunday 23.jun.2024, went to OUG morning market very early because he wanted to buy zaai choi aka vegetarian bean curd sheets products and vegetarian gluten products from a motorcycle stall 漢記齋菜. After that went to eat brunch at sun sea coffee shop at oug, buy pastries at juchaibao shop, buy cakes from Yuan Taste shop. Wanted to buy tea eggs but the shop is not opened yet because it was too early. Then went to Canton-Z jalan Perisa to buy siew yuk takeaway.

7.56 am - I bought roast chicken thigh MYR 7 nett but only ate a few pieces because the meat is quite firm so I asked him to eat all the remaining chicken meat. His hot cham MYR 2.3 nett and my iced cham MYR 3.5 nett.

1. Juchaibao shop MYR 22.10 nett for 1 Kaya roll, 1 egg tart, 1 juchaibao, 1 loupor pastry, 1 Kaya puff, 1 Kai Dan gou.

2. Yuan Taste shop is still baking the cakes but they are selling yesterday's remaining unsold cakes at 30% off so I bought 1 chocolate cake at MYR 14 nett and 1 cranberry almond cake MYR 16 nett after the discounts. The normal price is MYR 20 and MYR 23 nett

9.32 am - I ate this cold savoury jelly for the fridge to clear food as this is the solidified gravy of the braised chicken feet that he bought nearly one week ago. Taste good 👍 

10.54 am - the two discounted cakes from Yuan taste shop.

*** 漢記齋菜 aka zaai choi ***

10.16 am - bought the default mix of zaai choi from the seller at MYR 7 nett. There are two bags. One with 3 types of gluten products in a clear light liquid gravy and one with 6 types of dry bean curd sheets products. Didn't want any sweet chili sauce and English mustard that the seller provides foc with the vegetarian products.

1 piece Gluten item with a piece of wood ear fungus.

1 piece Gluten item in a ring shape.

4 pieces of gluten puffs.

4 pieces of stacked up bean curd sheets seasoned to taste as vegetarian duck meat.

2 pieces of rolled bean curd sheets with sour vegetables taste.

2 pieces of rolled bean curd sheets with sweet satay peanut gravy taste.

1 piece tightly rolled bean curd sheets that taste a bit spicy.

2 pieces of bean curd sheet popiah filled with jicama with pepper taste and jicama with sweet red carrots taste.

The pepper taste jicama bean curd sheet popiah. The jicama is shredded into thin flat broad strips.

The sweet red carrots jicama bean curd popiah. This fillings taste similar to juhuchar jicama fillings.

Wed and Sun, the seller is in oug. Sat at pudu icc. Other days at pj, ampang or cheras. Call to ask about the location of the day.

On Saturday 22.jun.2024, went to Hou's Kopitiam early because they open at 7 am to drink my favourite iced salted butter coffee and to break my water fasting of almost 24 hours because I stopped eating yesterday at about 9 am before going for my tooth fillings.

10.15 am - my 2nd pack of chocolate sponge cake cherry fruit Sando. Very tasty. Not that sweet so very suitable for me. I like both this Sando and strawberry Sando.

9.41 am - bought two packs.

9.47 am - ate one pack and then decided to eat the next pack as well because too tasty 😋 🤤 

Omad completed at 11 am.

8.29 am - my bowl of mihun horfun chicken shreds fish cake taugeh clear soup MYR 8 nett. If pepper soup then is MYR 9 nett. I ate everything using the right side of my mouth. Quite a lot of noodles. My favourite iced salted butter coffee MYR 5 nett.

His two half boiled eggs which he put inside his curry noodles MYR 3.50 nett.

8.27 am - his hot Hainan coffee MYR 4 nett for a large glass. If hot small cup is MYR 3 nett. His siew yuk curry mihun mee MYR 12.90 nett.

Tooth

On Friday 21.jun.2024, went for the dental appointment after eating some food and cleaning my teeth after food at home.

11 am - his trotters noodles and coffee.

11 am - he also ordered Sui gao in soup.

This time I brought a container from home so he put his remaining noodles in it and I put it in the freezer when I got home.

8.20 am - I ate half avocado from the previous day he kept for me, a few slices of wholemeal bread, 1 tea egg, 1 cheese onion scone which turned out to be sweet instead of savoury. That completed my Omad.

After removed broken part and before filling it up. To fill it up, some parts of gums were removed using laser and I requested for a jab to numb the gums before using laser on the gums. The burnt smell is quite strong. 

After the filling. Can see the part of gums that were Lasered. This tooth now is very sensitive. I read online, it can be sensitive up to 2 weeks. Today MYR 310 so total MYR 580 nett.

I was given Kin Care Gel to put on the Lasered gums. I then bought gengigel gel from pharmacy because the pharmacy doesn't have kin care gel.

On Thursday 20.jun.2024, I went for the dental appointment without eating anything and after that, didn't eat anything until the next morning so I water fast from wed 3 pm to Fri 8 am which is 41 hours of water fasting.

10.46 am - his noodles while waiting for me. He didn't finished eating the mihun and he just walked away.

12.37 noon - coffee time. He ordered a hot cham drink MYR 5.90++ and he said 2 eggs but the staff thought 2 sets of eggs so he paid for MYR 4.5++ x 2 which is MYR 9++ so on this day he ate 5 eggs in total because I didn't eat anything.

12.23 noon - total price for 1 cham and 4 eggs MYR 15.80 nett.

I bought 3 tea eggs from purple cane at MYR 6 nett. 1 tea egg is MYR 2.50 nett so there is a discount for 3 tea eggs. Also bought green multi grain bread MYR 10.50 ISH and Australia oats bread.

Apple Turnover

On Wednesday 19.jun.2024, went to pay in advance MYR 70 nett for the elderly's blood test and then go for coffee ☕ brunch.

11 am - my order is called brickfast which is a meal with a free long black or latte for MYR 29.90++

Brickfast is a hollowed out thick toast with:

1. Salad leaves

2. Half a hard boiled egg

3. 2 slices of crispy beef bacon

4. Cherry tomatoes 

5. 3 slices of smoke duck

6. Sauteed button mushrooms 

7. Chicken sausage 

8. Baked beans 

In it. The tiny cup contains tasty cilantro lime sauce.

11 am - all our food - 2 main meals, 1 dessert and 2 coffee ☕ drinks.

11 am - his nasi lemak chicken MYR 27.90++ which I ate a bit.

10.51 am - my iced long black coffee which is with my brickfast. His flat white MYR 12.90++

10.55 am - my dessert, Berry Bliss Croffle MYR 14.90++

10.44 am - I wanted to order the Trio Croffles but the lady staff said too much for a person so she asks me to just order one.

1.53 pm - my intention is just to take 1 bite to taste the apple Turnover but it was so tasty 😋 and light that I ate it all at once 😁👍

The pastry was buttery and light with many layers. The sweet apple fillings are a bit sourish so it is very appetising. He asked me whether or not there is cinnamon taste because he likes the taste of Cinnamon. Unfortunately I didn't detect any cinnamon taste.

My Omad is completed after this apple Turnover.
