Small Portion

On Sunday 1.may.2022, we didn't go out so we ordered food deliveries and pickup for ourselves and the Elderlies. It has been almost 3 or 4 years that we haven't been to an Old town white coffee shop for food and we have never bought food delivery from them until this day.

5.30 pm - his dinner of Old town white coffee wanton noodles. I just ate one mouthful of noodles to taste them. QQ springy texture and flavourful enough. Quite decent. The small bowl of broth provided taste of the sea, very umami.

11.19 am - we ordered two food items from old town white coffee shop, Kuchai Lama. I forgot to take a photo of the nasi lemak with the cover of the container removed. The two crispy chicken drumettes taste fine and the coconut milk rice is very fragrant.

After applying all discounts, the average price for one food item is about MYR 12 and the food portion is just enough for a small eater.

Lunch for the Elderlies and breakfast for the two of us to share. I bought the coffee tea mix drink in order to reach the amount required to use the allday promo code. Assuming that the drink is foc, each pack of congee from Tim Won coffee shop costs MYR 8.63 inclusive of the delivery fees.

The Elderlies requested for this particular pork knuckles dish from Chok Kar Chong coffee shop for their dinner. We ordered early at 4 pm to be delivered directly to the Elderlies. Grabfood delivery cancelled our order after 30 minutes due to a lack of riders. We ordered again with the pickup option and arranged for pickup using lalamove car service which collected and delivered the food successfully to the elderlies who love to eat these two dishes and finished all the food listed in this bill for their dinner in one sitting.
