Uncontrollable

One day, I was feeling peckish so I ate the above 6 mini packs of snacks at one go. The only way to prevent this from happening again is to stop buying them. Have you ever done something like this?

  1. Good grief!!! Those must be the small packs, can't imagine you eating 6 of the big ones at one go. My girl buys the big ones but she can't eat most these days, not gluten free.

  2. Wow! I never do that before. The most is I finish one pack by myself.

    And now my boys also love such snacks and I couldn't hide them. They could finish 2 packs in a go, and I have to control them for splurging.

    Eh is the Grain5 thing nice? I guess it's junk food even though they attempted to market it as healthy.

  4. wow, 6 packs?! this thing u outdo me, lol...I can eat most 3-4 at one go, coz too salty/flavorful til numbs my tongue.

  6. hah..hah..hah...I am very familiar with this type of behavior! I have not had many mini packs but I have finished those big bags of Doritos or other snacks in one sitting. So I don't buy anymore.

    1. you are right not to buy anymore. I bought these for CNY binge eat. CNY is an excuse for binge eating.

  8. YOU can eat 6 packs of snacks at one go while you usually keep half of your meals for dinner? LoL!

    1. hahaha I eat little each meal so that I can eat snacks! so little meal + snacks = normal meal. because normal meal + snacks = too much = excess body fats.
