After the Lychee Sundae, now it is the Cendol Sundae promotion. It tastes like milky gula melaka (palm sugar). Quite nice, not too sweet for me.
There are two types - cendol flavour only or a mix of cendol and vanilla flavours. They will use green ice cream cones for these new flavours but we requested for the usual light brown ice cream cones instead.
The new Cendol flavoured Sundae Cone costs MYR2 nett each. Other than this new flavour, there are also longan aka mata kucing sundae in cups.
interesting. but seems like malaysia mcd is going night market style haha.
ReplyDeleteDon't understand what you mean, sorry.
DeleteOh? I wonder if they have this here. Now, this I would want to go and check out. Not into these franchise places so I haven't been for years and years now.
ReplyDeleteI also wonder whether McD holds the same promotion throughout the whole M'sia. Please let us know if you check it out.
DeleteI seldom have craving for ice cream but I do crave for Hot Fudge
ReplyDeleteHot Fudge the movie!
DeleteIs this Hot Fudge movie the same as the Hot Fudge Show (Children's series)?
DeleteDidn't know about this Hot Fudge movie
DeleteNo, it is not the children's series.
DeleteIt is a popular British movie.
DeleteI remembered I have tasted McD's sundae before and it was nice. That was a long time ago.
ReplyDeleteGood that you are keeping your calorie intake low by not eating McD's sundaes.
DeleteI will like this flavor!
ReplyDeleteA pleasant flavour indeed!
DeleteIce cream is in my itinerary and that includes McD especially their Sundae..
ReplyDeleteGood, good. Can go eat then! :D
DeleteI didn't try their new ice cream, but last week I had a go at their bubur chacha pie. It was... not horrible, and it was not as sweet as their apple pie, which is a good thing. I guess it was alright. :/
ReplyDeleteEh, I didn't know about their bubur chacha pie. Let me go try it this week if I can find it, hehehe. Thanks for bringing it up to my attention.
DeleteFunny the McD I went to didn't have this. I was in there reading this ad on their free wi-fi. Err unless they did have this but no signboard at all? Haha.
ReplyDeleteAnyway I had the bubur chacha pie - quite nice but I was surprised at the price tag of RM3.50. RM1 more than apple pie!
I think some McD outlets do not have this but have the hershey chocolate sundae instead. Thanks for telling me about the price of the bubur chacha pie so that I don't get a shock when I buy it later this week.
DeleteI havent try the mata kuching one.
ReplyDeleteI also have not tried the mata kuching sundae.
