A very tasty bowl of beef hor fun noodle from O & S coffee shop in Paramount, PJ at MYR7 nett only with thick beef pieces, tripe, daikon and a beef meatball. I like eating the daikon in the beef noodle soup but I seldom find them included in beef noodles (with soup) around KL.
It has raining for the past few days in SG, this warm noodle soup looks good to have on a cold day
ReplyDelete*It has been raining
DeleteHere also it is raining daily. Good to gave rain but prefer not to have thunderstorms.
DeleteI like O & S, been there twice, lots of nice things to eat, a la Penang hawker stuff...and there's a stall selling nyonya kueh too.
ReplyDeleteYes, this coffee shop is almost always full of patrons because of the nice food stalls there.
DeleteThe stall you mentioned sells my favourite brand of nyonya kueh which is aroma nyonya.
DeleteYour beef noodle reminded me that its been a long time I haven't eaten this noodle. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteAny good ones in Ipoh?
DeleteLook good and warming soup. Hard to find daikon in beef soup.
ReplyDeleteTasty and satisfying! Will eat it again!
DeleteMaybe that's because you're rare case? I seldom see people rave about daikon in beef noodle soup, maybe most people not used to it? If add them, cater to you but lose the majority customers hahaha...
ReplyDeleteMost beef stalls would sell braised beef with daiko separately but not put in the soup. I am sure many people like to ear daikon in beef soup else this stall won't serve it that way.
DeleteI would love that bowl of soup!
ReplyDeleteDo you eat at this coffee shop?
DeleteNot bad for that price... sure enough to make one full...
ReplyDeleteThey do include quite a variety of beef related items for just MYR7 nett so it is good indeed.
DeleteI love daikon in beef noodles. This stall is one of the "quieter" stalls here.
ReplyDeleteTrue because I have been here many times and this is the first time I ordered this beef noodle.
DeleteSo much nice food in one shop hor. I seldom get to go as it's a bit far and so hard to find parking.
ReplyDeleteIs it far from where you live? I thought you live around PJ. Parking is quite ok since I always manage to find a parking space in the two rows of car park spaces in front of the shop.
DeleteI live in Sg Buloh, moved away from PJ quite a few years ago. But I go to 1u and Curve for my mall fix.
DeleteI would say this place is near to 1u because I always stop by here to eat breakfast on my way to 1u, hehehe.
