Not going all out with the decor, it seems. Where's the goat? LOL!!!
Hhhmmm, so far I have not seen the goat anywhere, only the goat chinese word.
The decor looks quite minimal. Maybe this is just a small part of the mall?
Oh, the Gardens mall does not have a huge concourse for an elaborate decoration.
I still have not been to see the CNY deco in malls.. hmm, come to think about it, this Uncle seldom goes shopping malls also, haha!! but I know The Gardens always go classy and her sister MV always go "loud and shout".. haha!!
