Penang style

This is Penang style Chee Cheong Fun (Rice noodle) because it has shrimp paste (har ko - cantonese) as its sauce  and no other ingredients to go with it. I specifically requested for the shrimp paste to be put aside as I only like to dip the noodle into the sauce bit by bit. Shrimp paste is made from fermented ground shrimp. The deep fried onions are also put at the side of the plate as per my request. This small plate costs MYR2 only.
